12 Year Tax Breaks for 25 Neighborhoods
To entice more buyers to move to Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's staff on Tuesday proposed tax breaks for 25 neighborhoods, as part of an expansion of Neighborhood Enterprise Zones in the city.
