The Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce presented Royal Oak Living-a guided condo and loft shuttle tour on Saturday April 29,2006 and it was a success! The tour was an opportunity to see 9 of Downtown Royal Oak's premier properties, including The Fifth, SkyLofts MarketSquare, 400 Parent Avenue, Lofts at 11, Troy Street Lofts, Main North Terraces, Eight 55 South Main, 610 South and Metro Station. Buses departed every fifteen minutes and you were allowed to stay at each station as long as you liked. The actual tour consisted of a very short presentation about the property and sales agents were present to answer any additional questions. There were also plenty of non-alcoholic drinks, hors d'ouvres, and snacks at each station so there were no growling stomachs on the tour! All of the properties had knowledgeable well dressed agents and extended kind hospitality throughout the tour. Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce did an excellent job as the event was well organized and the plush buses (4 total) ran a pretty good schedule getting everyone from one property to the next! I'd recommend anyone looking to get an idea of Urban Living in Dowtown Royal to take the tour. We had a lot of fun.
