44 different floor plans. Property is well maintained. Excellent if you like to entertain. Small Pet (under 25 lbs)Friendly.
Cons:
Invest in having your Loft sound-proofed where possible. Though The Lofts at Rivertown is upscale loft living, you can still hear your neighbor at the most inopportune moments. The building is not kid friendly. Guests must park on the street on the weekends.
